Return & Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Davaduniya Team shall facilitate and try their best efforts with good intent and spirit for the processing / performing the required Services as per order and prescription and shall duly strive to Service the medicines and products in right conditions / without any damage every time the User / Customer / Retailer places an order. 


The order of the Service shall be deemed to finalized and commenced for all intent and purposes, once the final confirmation of the required Services shall be intimated / provided to the User / Customer / Retailer by the Davaduniya Team. However, in the rare event that any order the User / Customer / Retailer is unsatisfactory, the Davaduniya Team is happy to accept returns for orders duly placed, if
  • received an item(s) that does not match the order
  • the item(s) were lost or damaged in transit or shortage (delivery of such order to be refused at doorstep)
  • the item(s) is due to expire within 3 months where the shelf life of the item is more than 3 months
  • the patient has developed any allergies after taking the medication and the doctor has prescribed another medicine, the medicines can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
  • However, an item may be ineligible and excluded for return under the following conditions:
  • Perishable items.
  • In case of prescription medicines, open packages or cut strips.
  • Unsealed items with a protective seal due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Personal hygiene products.
  • Products bought in a clearance sale and marked as "non-returnable" on the category detail or product detail page.
  • Gift cards.
Return Process:
  • For intimation, the User / Customer / Retailer must visit,
     or alternatively call at +91 9411006868 (Open 9.30 AM to 18.30 PM from Monday – Saturday).
  • The Davaduniya  Customer Care Team will verify the claim made by the User / Customer / Retailer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of intimation / request / complaint.
  • Once the intimation / request / complaint is verified as genuine and reasonable, the Davaduniya Team  will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
  • The User / Customer / Retailer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of reverse pick up (if required).
Refund Process:
For all the intimation / request / complaint for return duly received, the refund for eligible and claim will be initiated the amount is expected to reflect in the User’s / Customer’s / Retailer’s account as per the following timelines: 
1. Davaduniya wallet: Same day;
2. NEFT: 1-3 business days post refund initiation;
3. Online refund: 7-10 business days post refund initiation subject to the bank turnaround time and RBI Guidelines.
4. Money / E Wallets: 2-3 business days post refund initiation.
*The MRP mentioned at the time of return is without discount and total amount to be refunded listed is an estimate. Total amount paid by the User / Customer / Retailer for the medicine(s) will be refunded once pick up is completed and verified by the third-party.
Cancellation Process: 
The User / Customer / Retailer can cancel the order for the product till the Davaduniya ship it. 
There may be certain orders that The Davaduniya is unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in the User’s / Customer’s / Retailer’s order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by the User’s / Customer’s / Retailer’s or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by the Davaduniya partners.
The Davaduniya also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by the Davaduniya as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
i. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
ii. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address;
iii. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;
iv. Invalid address given in order details;
v. Any malpractice used to place the order.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
