• In order to replace an item, the item should be in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
   
• Any replacement request shall be made within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
   
• Replacement request shall be placed only for the same item or dress.
   
• You May call or email us to inform in advance in case of any exchange request.
   
• In-case of any damaged goods received please send us a picture immediately to our WhatsApp or email.
   
• Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the products.
